ERG Hygrade’s Venturi scrubbers are designed for rapid, efficient removal of fine particulate matter, aerosols and mists from gas streams. They use a high-velocity gas flow, accelerated through a narrowed section known as the throat, where scrubbing liquid is injected. This creates an intense turbulence zone, forcing close contact between the gas and liquid phases for highly effective particle capture.
