Odorgard™
Odorgard™ is a chemical scrubbing process that targets malodorous compounds and low-level VOCs in a single stage, using sodium hypochlorite as the oxidant. Hygrade fabricates the core Odorgard™ vessels and internals to support efficient chemical contact while ensuring durability and ease of integration. These units can be installed as part of new plant builds or retrofitted into existing scrubbing systems to enhance performance without generating chlorinated organics.
Hydecat™
Hydecat™ is a catalytic process for the destruction of sodium hypochlorite, using a nickel-based catalyst in a modular fixed-bed reactor. Hygrade manufactures the Hydecat™ reactor vessels to exacting specifications, with corrosion-resistant materials and precision-engineered geometry to ensure optimal flow distribution and catalyst contact.
Designed to break down hypochlorite into harmless brine and oxygen, Hydecat™ units support clients in meeting tightening discharge regulations while reducing the cost and complexity of hazardous waste handling.
