A turnkey Venturi scrubber system was fabricated and delivered for a UK pharmaceutical client, designed specifically for high-temperature hydrogen chloride gas removal. Featuring a Hastelloy quench tower, GRP scrubbers, and PTFE-lined pipework, the system was fully assembled, tested, and skid-mounted at ERG Hygrade Works for rapid site deployment.
