ERG Hygrade specialises in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant plastic tanks, vessels and associated fabrications, produced in high-integrity thermoplastics and GRP.
Our fabrication teams build chemical storage tanks, BS EN 13121-3 compliant pressure vessels, reactor vessels, glove boxes and dissolving tanks for use across a wide range of industrial applications. Each item is produced to suit the defined duty, selected materials and applicable design standards.
Design and fabrication decisions are driven by operating conditions, including chemical exposure, temperature and structural loading, ensuring the finished equipment performs reliably in service.
Where required, ERG Hygrade carries out laminate testing and certification in accordance with BS EN 13121-3:2016.
Testing can include weld efficiency, peel strength and shear strength, with full inspection records and QA documentation provided to support regulatory and project needs.
All fabricated equipment is inspected against the relevant standards to confirm safety, integrity and suitability for its operating conditions.
