ERG Hygrade fabricates the core Odorgard™ vessels and internals, engineered to support effective gas–liquid contact while providing long-term corrosion resistance, structural integrity and ease of integration into client-defined treatment systems.
Fabricated units may be supplied for new plant installations or retrofit applications, where a compact, robust vessel is required to house the licensed process equipment.
Hydecat™ is a catalytic fixed-bed process developed by Johnson Matthey for the controlled destruction of sodium hypochlorite, utilising a nickel-based catalyst to convert residual oxidant into harmless brine and oxygen.
ERG Hygrade manufactures Hydecat™ reactor vessels to licensed specifications, using corrosion-resistant materials and precision-engineered geometry to ensure correct flow distribution, catalyst containment and mechanical reliability.
