ERG Hygrade’s core expertise is the manufacture of engineered plastic and GRP equipment, including:

ERG Hygrade operates dedicated in-house facilities for weld testing, laminate sample validation and quality inspection. All welders and laminators are regularly assessed and certified under controlled quality procedures.
The business is ISO 9001 certified and Achilles UVDB registered, with fabrication processes focused on consistency, traceability, and long-term equipment reliability.
